Are the product description pictures shown online to scale?
Although the photoís themselves are not exactly to scale, all of our pieces include dimensions in their corresponding descriptions.

Can I replace a lost earring?
Yes. We ask that you first contact Devin Krista Jewelry to open a repair ticket and then send the earring mate to the mailing address we provide. Because of the handmade nature of our jewelry, certain styles can vary slightly in size. All associated shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

How will my jewelry be shipped and when can I expect it?
Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority with added insurance and tracking at a cost of $10.00. All orders will be shipped out within 7 business days of the order date. Shipping transit times vary by location but typically range from 2-4 business days.

How is the jewelry packaged?
Each piece is placed in itís own organza jewelry pouch and then placed in a Devin Krista Jewelry gift box.

What is your return policy?
Each piece in our collection is handmade and custom built-to-order. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Devin Krista Jewelry will accept exchanges for items of equal or greater value within 10 business days of the order delivery date. The item must be in new and re-saleable condition. If you would like to make an exchange, please email us at exchanges@devinkrista.com for an exchange authorization (no exchange will be granted without exchange authorization). All shipping charges associated with the exchange are the responsibility of the buyer. For your protection, please pack your returns in the original packaging, return your order with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS) & retain your receipt. Devin Krista Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please fill out the return authorization form we send to you and include it with your shipment. Once your exchange is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the customerís email address on file.

All sales of personalized custom jewelry are final and not elegible for exchange.

What is your repair policy?
We will repair any Devin Krista Jewelry items that have been purchased on our website and damaged as a result of manufacturing defects. This does not include chain breaks, damage from natural wear and tear, or any other breaks due to unecessary force or abuse. If you would like to purchase a replacement chain or have any other repair questions, please contact us at info@devinkristajewelry.com.

Can i request a printed catalog?
At this time, our printed catalog is only available to wholesale buyers.

How do I care for my jewelry?
The majority of our collection consists of sterling silver, fine silver, 14k gold filled and 14k gold. The surface of the sterling silver and gold filled jewelry may darken over time due to natural wear. In this case, the jewelry can be wiped clean with a jewelry cloth, or placed in a jewelry cleaning solution. Stones, pearls, bone, coral, shell, or anything other than metal should NOT be placed into these solutions. Fine silver, which is a very soft metal, cannot endure bending or a lot of pressure. When cleaning these pieces with a jewelry cloth, be very gentle, paying close attention to the amount of pressure being applied to the jewelry. Beware that cleaning oxidized silver can remove the oxidation from the metalís surface and alter the appearance. Our gold metal jewelry tags are 14K Gold plated, and should only be wiped clean with a jewelry cloth. These tags may lose their color over time with natural wear or if placed in jewelry cleaning solutions. Because of the woven nature of the Caged Wire collection, these pieces may be difficult to clean. A soft toothbrush can be used with either a bit of toothpaste, or liquid soap to gently brush the surface. Rinse the jewelry with water and repeat if necessary.
